Established in 2004, the Itty Bitty Pie Company began as a small food truck that travelled to different festivals, events and hot spots around St Catharines. Now, they are located in a quaint, cozy building down the street from The Armoury, a well known heritage site in St Catharines. They have been operating out of their newest location since April 2015, and are fully enjoying their permanent location, while they continue to travel on demand to festivals and catering events.

This flourishing pie company has over 12 sweet pie flavours (with a changing seasonal specialty), including Peach, Sweet Potato, and their festive favourite, Pumpkin; 6 different toppings and crusts; and over 7 different savory pie flavours including Taco, Buffalo Chicken and a classic, Shepherd's Pie. They are always encouraging customers to suggest new flavours, and even allow customers to create a custom pie. The pies themselves are "tart sized", selling at $3 per pie, or 6 for $16. The Itty Bitty Pie company uses mainly local ingredients, buying their produce from various suppliers around Niagara, such as: Towne & Country Farms for apples; Enns Farms for peaches; Blueberry Acres for blueberries; Grandmas Garden & Steph Fralick for Rhubarb; Niagara on the Lake farms for strawberries; and Cherry Lane Farms for cherries. Although they have not been established in the building for long, this company has chosen a great location right near the popularly used Montebello Park, known for it's Grape and Wine festival, amongst many other music, arts and cultural events, which they tend to be a part of themselves when they are able to operate a food booth at a local festival. This place is a part of the tour as it offers a homey atmosphere, and unique, yet affordable quench to that daily sugar craving.
