BETTY'S RESTAURANT

Betty's Restaurant, circa late1960s.

Betty's Restaurant is shown here in 1960, not long after it opened. Although named after a real Betty (Sobanski), it was purchased by Trudy and Joe Miszk in 1967. The original restaurant had just 21 seats, but as the reputation of the fish and chips dishes grew, so did the need for expansion.

Now: Betty's

As popularity grew, the restaurant expanded several times and now seats 500 diners eager for the fine home cooking and family atmosphere.
