NEW ANDROID BUILD!


An UPDATED .APK RELEASE of GuideTags for Android is now available for installation.

Please join us in trying out this latest version of our ever-evolving app before it is reintroduced into the Google Play Store (arriving very soon!)

NOTES:

The app will appear on your phone as gtappv2x with a March 16th build date.

Please agree to all permissions and instructions when the app is first installed. Your use and participation is anonymous, and it is very helpful for our academic research.

NO USER-IDENTIFIABLE DATA IS COLLECTED OR SHARED.

You may receive one or more of the following standard warnings as the .APK file loads, telling you:

  • 'No preview available'

  • 'Google Drive has detected issues with your download'

  • 'This file is executable and may harm your computer'

Don't worry! These are standard precautionary notices. The GuideTags app will not harm your phone or computer.

After installation, when you open the GuideTags program, please agree to Location and File permissions if you are prompted. You can also manually enable these in Settings / Apps / gtappv2x / Permissions on your phone.
