Facilities

  • caravan park has recently renovated central toilet block with shower room, accessible to park residents. Five showers per block with changing room inside each shower cubicle and 5 toilets per block. Hair drying and shaving facilities. Both have clean white tiles. The cleaning is done by an external cleaning company daily during the season.
  • Public launderette just around the corner at Little Common, with facilities for cleaning larger items (duvets, etc.) if required.
  • The site is family (and pet) friendly. There are no age restrictions. The only advisory given by the owners is for children to keep clear of the farm buildings as tractors and machinery are in use at different times. It is a very relaxed place for children and more than enough space to play games on the huge grass areas by the caravans.
  • Cooden Beach is about a 10-15 minute walk along forest and field trails.

  • Cooden Beach train station is about a 15 minute walking distance from the site, and you can catch a direct train to London Victoria which will take you 1hr 50 mins. So if you want to catch the sights of London, all this is available to you.

Bexhill, Hastings and Eastbourne are all close by providing a nice mix of local attractions, festivals, cinemas, theaters, restaurants, tennis tournaments in Eastbourne and that's just the start! Local favourite pubs are The Red Lion in Hooe and Cooden Beach Hotel. Both are just a short drive away (or walk for Cooden Beach).
